Plush toys
Plush toys have been around for a long
time. We call most of them Teddy Bears but of course they take
on the forms of any animal, person or creature. 'Plush' refers
to their fuzziness; if it ain't fuzzy, it ain't plush, what you
have is a doll or something. Like fine French wines that must
meet certain standards, like black velvet paintings, like those
singing fish plaques, they are proud of their heritage and we
must preserve their uniqueness, their one-ness. If it's
stuffed, soft and furry, you're holding a plush toy and proud
of it.
Below: A little furrier and friendlier
than toilet monsters; plush toys in all their fuzzy
appeal.

Plush toys are great for kids. Plush
refers to soft material, which is loved by children and they
are so endearing that even you, assuming you're an
adult, can’t resist.
You have to be extra careful about
hygiene when you purchase plush toys for babies. Babies love to
chew on things, as do pets, so you'll want to check to make
sure they're not made with any toxic or radioactive material,
or simply any material that is harmful to swallow.
These toys are a wonderful item to
decorate a room with, especially for young girls and kids. It
changes the mood and the ambience of the room. Out with those
snobby items like wine barrel furniture and expensive antiques;
in with plush toys, they are pure class when it comes to
room decor and I'll be writing Martha Stewart to tell her to
please do a show around classy plush toy decor.
There has been a lot of evolution in
plush toys. The absurdly cute plush toys sing and move when you
squeeze them and can keep children busy for a long time. There
is a new trend in plush toys where the toys are combined with
family-oriented online games; kids can play with plush toys
like any other stuffed toy and also play online games related
to them on the net.
